Have you tried Mulled Wine? It is served warm, and it’s especially delicious in Tervis Fall Pumpkin Pattern mugs. Flavors can be reminiscent of sangria, but we love the extra added spices and warmth for cooler weather.
Oftentimes you will find ways to make this in a slow cooker when entertaining groups. Today’s recipe is for those times where you want a smaller portion for two!
- 1/2 bottle of Merlot
- 2 T brandy
- 2 whole cinnamon sticks
- 2 star anise
- 2 whole cloves
- Tervis Mugs
- Medium saucepan
- Ladle
- Tablespoon
- Knife and cutting board
- Pour wine and brandy into a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Add orange slices and spices.
- Bring to a simmer and remove from heat.
- Ladle into Tervis mugs and enjoy!
