Loaded with many health benefits, including natural anti-inflammatory and cell-repairing properties of ginger, vitamins from oranges, and digestive elements in lemons, our simple-to-make tonic is as easy as chopping and blending. Ingredients
  • 2 pieces of ginger root
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 blood orange, juiced
  • 1 c pineapple, cubed
  • 1/2 c coconut water
  • 1/4 t cayenne pepper

How to make it
  1. Rinse and scrub ginger root with a vegetable brush under cold water. Chop into 1/2” cubes.
  2. Add ginger and all remaining ingredients to a blender. Using a personal-size blender, you must divide ingredients into two equal batches. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain through a cheesecloth (or strainer) over a large measuring cup to capture skin and pulp. Discard solid pieces.
  4. Pour 2 ounces into each jar. Repeat until all jars have an equal amount of tonic in them.
  5. Refrigerate for up to a week.
  6. Shake well before drinking. Enjoy!
